Prototyping is an integral part of analyzing the product, as it helps analysts get feedback from the customers about the product. The business analysts analyze this feedback and recommend changes to the final product.

BAs should convert XLSX to PDF or any file format to PDF and then share it. No business is free of documentation; all companies prefer to share documents in PDF format.
